Today I helped a member of the public use Zoho writer. Yesterday I would not have even known what it was.
Great little option for wordprocessing, like the ability to post to blogs - However small hiccup with actually doing this for me. ie. know the principle but could not make it work. Will try again tomorrow.
Did actually send my email a document however, so that worked.
Spreadsheets sound great too.
